So this is basically it. I was hoping if anyone can give any pointers in which this build can be improved. This will be built before the start of next term of school so I have plenty of time to consider it. The overall colour scheme of this build will be black and red. I will be using this build for heavy 3d work, video rendering and a lot of gaming.

If you can help, please can you spend some time to help answer these questions.

Will an AX860 run a 4770k, 2 780's and a pump relay?

Can I get any better fans for the money?

Is the 8200 that much better than a ms-3?

And is the 9HD as well praised as said?

Edit:

I am guessing the price of the 780. As from what I heard, it will be around the £600 mark

added a HDD

No HDD?

Yes a 860w will be enough

You could run off the ssd but i wouldnt just because i feel that it would be a pain

Mionix has been making mouse for a lot longer than func but tbh the func isnt bad. I would still go mionix though

This is a good build.

"We have the technology..."

But seriously, a system with a 3570k and 2 780's pulls 750w on average at maximum load.

An 860w is cutting it close, but should be good enough. Your efficiency will just take a slight hit.

I have 6 Sp120 hi performance fans in my case all run of fan controller.. They are loud at 100 percent but I have two gpus so I need the cooling when gaming.. I would rather have the cooling capability then be stuck with a quiet edition.. Remember he is getting two gpus..

1-Scythe Gentle Typhoon

2-Noctua NF-F12

3-Noiseblocker

4-Corsar SP Quiet series

noctuas cost quite a fair bit, so i have to pass. The white on the scythe will stand out too much. I might end up with the sp120 quiet editions...

I was planning to use fan expert on the asus board to lower the rpm for the majority of the time. but for gaming, i will crank it up.

compared to sp120 pe, how good is sp120 qe at 100% in acoustics and performance.  or is there any better fans for a h100i. (currently looking at noiseblocker fans.)

I use the sp120s on my H100i.. If you are running off mobo you should for sure get the hi performance.. The quiet editions are like half the speed. I would much rather have the performance when needed then not have it.

If you are going for a color build, GET LEDS!!!!!! It will make it look AWESOME

i'll keep that in mind. however, since this will be on my desk 24/7, the light may end up annoying me sooner or later...

and also, i want to stick with that professional clean look. led's basically 'show off' too much.

The normal non-pro Samsung 840 is cheaper and is just as fast as the 840 Pro. You could save some money there.

The G45 Gaming mobo should fit the theme and would do the job just as well.

The psu is overkill. An ax760 would do.

The rest looks fine.I would personally get a cheap 780 though.
