Hello guys.
So i'm asking for your help today and to be honest, i really need it. I have several GPU's i've put my eyes on and i want to decide which is the best as performance (the more, the better), price (the less, the better) and quality (the more, the better).

Here they are:

http://www.pcgarage.ro/placi-video/gigabyte/geforce-gtx-970-oc-mini-itx-4gb-ddr5-256-bit/

http://www.pcgarage.ro/placi-video/zotac/geforce-gtx-970-4gb-ddr5-256-bit/

I left the links there just for you to see what gpu's i'm talking about. Excuse the language if that's a problem.

I need details about each, what is the difference between them? Which one is more fiable? Which one is worth the price?

Also i know it's not gpu related, but should i change my I5 2300 2.8GHz processor if i wanted to run gta 5 at least at very high settings?

Get the MSI one. As for the CPU, you can overclock it to 4.1Ghz for one core and then GTA V should run pretty well at 1080p Make sure you have a good CPU cooler.

Not sure about Zotac, but I'll agree with the rest. MSI generally gets the Job done at a lower price point than asus (they're usually 10~20$ more expensive)

He can't OC his CPU that much it's not a 2500k. Did you even read what you linked him? Also, get the MSI one as long as you're sure it will fit in your case. (it's huge) The ASUS Strix 970 is a good alternative and it's an inch shorter if that's what you need.

I feel like you're quite the newbie in the PC world. See, back in the Sandy Bridge days, you could actually overclock your non-K CPU a decent amount although not to the full extent of the K series. It's overclockable to 4.1Ghz for one core max, 3.8Ghz (+.5Ghz) for all four cores as stated there.

Please read the things yourself before criticizing. If you need more sources:
