Depends on the quality of the gameplay stream and the quality of the video, and also the websites being browsed.

That is pretty specific. I would say maybe 50mbps?

I would say a 50/10 mbps plan because you don't always get peak speeds.

Anyway the scenario I set up would be worst case scenario especially since I would be streaming 720p and getting hopefully 30fps.

For clarification 50/10 would be 50 Mbps/ download and 10 mbps/ upload correct?
