A good cheap cooler is a hyper 212 Evo. But you could wait until later to upgrade the cooler.

Less VRAM than the 280, but overall better with new games. I'd take the GTX 960 over it though, especially with a free copy of Witcher 3.

Go for that sapphire 280x. That's an awesome 1080p card for the price and would be more powerful than any other listed in this thread
