Are these temps normal?

Hello i have had my PC for a while now and i am still wondering if my Cpu temps are normal or if it is behaving normaly.

Currently i am using an Intel core I7 e 3770k with stock fan.

My temps while playing video games are about 50-60 degrees.

While rendering a video through camtasia 8 the cpu is at 100% load 99% of the time on about 70 degrees

Yep those temps are fine. Anything below 80C is fine.

Yes. That's about right with the stock cooler.
