GPU is fine but the CPU is one you should avoid for games like GTA 5

It mean's some old motherboards that have been sitting in boxes may not have their firmware updated which in that case you wouldn't be able to boot up.

i cant recomend win 7 for gaming

get windows 8 or 10 (when released)

 

windows 7 has got poor background processing management (this is gone in win 8/10)

Windows 10 is going to be a free upgrade from 7 and 8.
