Supremacy EVO and EK-MOSFET X99 blocks

I have a Supremacy EVO installed on my X99 Deluxe and want to get the MOSFET block. Apparently (according to a Singularity Computers video) EK standardize their blocks to relative heights between each other when installed. From what I gather, using something like a 5/10/15 mm extension fitting from Bitspower brings the ports between the blocks co-planar, meaning very clean, flat hardline tube connections are possible.

 

Does anyone have these two blocks installed? Could they possibly measure the height difference on the ports for me? EK support told me they're unable to provide this information.
