Thats a powerful build- not balanced. It would look beautiful, but if you want to sacrifice that, we could get some more items into that budget.

Dont get me wrong tho, it will still shit on everything.

Seems quite excellent! All I'll say is that the i7 may be overkill. I've personally never installed one in my own rig, simply because I'll never utilize hyperthreading. As for balance, you definitely have a lot of horsepower, balance on the other hand is a measure of how much of it you'll actually be utilizing. what is this rig being used for? video editing? The monitor makes it seem that way.

Monitor: LG 34UC97-S 60Hz 34.0" Monitor  ($1068.90 @ Amazon)

You're going to max out every game, giving at least 100fps on almost any game, yet you can only see 60 of them because of the refresh rate of this monitor.

Well, the resolution on that is very close to 4k, and so on ultra settings AAA games would rarely hit the magical 120hz

very good except no 144hz ;)

Looks good, but it feels you are only a couple bucks from a 5820k, that's 2 cores and 4 threads more than that i7.

You have a little too much graphics power for only a 1440p 60hz panel you could do with some lower cards and still do very well.

Change your headphones ... Gaming headphones is not worth it !!! If you still have money .. Buy something like Senheiser HD558 + a microphone you like ...

... Life is a game and the checkpoints are your birthday , you will face challenges where you may not get rewarded afterwords but those are the challenges that help you improve yourself . Always live for tomorrow because you may never know when your game will be over ... I'm totally not going insane in anyway , shape or form ... I just have broken English and an open mind ...

The only thing I question is your ability to pay for this monstrosity.

Follow the topics you create using the "Follow" button in the top right corner!

Hey Meawa,

This is a pretty powerful build that can handle all gaming, editing, rendering and computing. You could opt for a next gen build, but this should last you a pretty long time and should handle pretty much anything you throw at it.
The two GPUs can handle everything even on 4K so you might consider getting a better monitor, otherwise you'd be wasting the potential of the two GPUs.
With that kind of budget, I would consider either a separate backup plan for the data or some level of redundancy. You can swap the WD Black for two or more WD Red drives and configure them in a RAID array, depending on what your plans for the build are. Also, with that kind of budget, you can check out larger SSDs (again if you need the space). :)

Captain_WD.

If this helped you, like and choose it as best answer - you might help someone else with the same issue. ^_^
