Non-camera smartphone recommendations

Gonna make this short and sweet~

I'm currently serving my two years of national service in Singapore, as I'll be posted to an airbase soon, no camera handphones are allowed.

Hence I need a decent Non-camera replacement to tide me through my duties in camp

Shoot off your recommendations! I have absolutely no knowledge in this market.

Most decent smartphones have cameras. I think you'll need them to remove the cameras from whatever phone you choose.

You can also ask the Manufacturer if they give you one without a cam or if they remove it. My sisters workmate bought a HTC One M7 and let HTC remove the camera they charged him 70 dollars extra for that and he got a m7 with plain metal on the back. He is BMW Developer.
