Microsoft 200 Wired Keyboard Nums/Caps/Scroll Lock!

Hello guys, I just got my keyboard that I will be using. My previous one broke and Im also broke to get a new mechanical keyboard, so I will be sticking with this for now.

 

The problem is that the indicators for the nums/caps/scroll lock keeps going off again and again. But when I press a key, the lights turn back on again. Although even when the lights disappear, they are still functioning, like for example, the caps lock light(along with the others) turned off automatically after a few seconds, and when I started typing, it was all caps. Is this like how its designed, or is this some kind of a flaw?

 

I read somewhere that I need to make some adjustments in the power management section, but still no solution. 

 

Again, the problem is that the lights go off as if going into a standby mode, just the lights. Their functions still remain working. And the lights usually comeback on if press any random key.
