I'm new to overclocking (my PC is unable to OC), and I am planning on buying a new computer. I am also planning on overclocking the CPU and GPU in this new PC for maximum gaming potential. So, do you have any recommended overclocking software and benchmarks? These programs need to be free.

Thanks in advance,

Chickenpuffball

For GPU, use MSI Afterburner its very trusted software. for CPU do all overclocking in the BIOS.

For stress testing I suggest Unigine Heaven for GPU as it tends to be pretty picky with overclocks.

For CPU stress Testing I suggest Aida 64, but make sure you use a Static Voltage on the CPU Voltage when doing so.

Ninite is great ... And Google is your friend ( Unless you get Viruses from it )

... Life is a game and the checkpoints are your birthday , you will face challenges where you may not get rewarded afterwords but those are the challenges that help you improve yourself . Always live for tomorrow because you may never know when your game will be over ... I'm totally not going insane in anyway , shape or form ... I just have broken English and an open mind ...

Google used to be my friend... But that was before the arrow-knee incident.

So sad ... Now Adblock and Malwarebytes are your friends now ...
