Nexus 7 Replacement

So my dad broke his Nexus 7 I bought him many years ago while on holiday rolleyes.gif
So I need a replacement for him, he uses it to watch movies/football on the go, not much else.
Looking for a replacement, preferable Android as I got him used to it (took a long time, don't want to start again)
Looking around the net, there is allot of conflicting information on which are best.
Would like either 9inch or 10inch with a good screen.
Price isn't really a concern, but nothing silly.

Buying from UK by the way.

as post #2 mentions, nexus 9.

 

it might be best to stick with an ecosystem you already know, the "last generation" i know tends to prefer to stick with familiarity.

I would go with either Samsung Tab S 8.4 for that screen or Z3 Tablet Compact for that battery life.

Don't like 4:3 ratio myself and it's not 1 handable.
