First PC build need some help

So im gonna build my first PC ever but my budget is 500 USD, so i know this isnt much but you can build a decent pc with it.

 

So what is want is a Intel PC who can run Gta 5, also i want it to be upgradable so that i dont get stuck with my CPU or something.

lowest i could get it, as gta 5 needs a decent gpu

 

maybe a 750 ti, but thats not going to give a great experience (will be a lot cheaper, and probs close to 500 usd)

Honestly don't recommend Intel for budget gaming. It takes up too much of the budget, which you should be spending on the GPU as GTA is very demanding on that side.
