I'm really enjoying working with Atom (developed by GitHub), particularly for javscript, though HTML is fully supported as well.

For frond-end work (html, css, javascript) i would definetly recommend brackets.

It has live editing and some nice plugins for automatically creating css from sass

If you're also working on backend, or just want a really nice code editor, use sublime text (its free, it will just give you a popup every know and then).
