Can't open ports?

I'm using a Huawei HG8245T router.

I'm posting some of the info and changes I made just incase.

That 3569 port is just one of mulitple I'm trying but use that as a base.

Where am I going wrong? I have used port checkers and they say it is closed.

Is your network using 192.168.100.x? You need to only have a different last segment.

'port checkers' will tell you that your ports are closed if there isn't any program using that port on your pc

if you're doing this for some minecraft server or something you need to open the server first, and then check if the port is open with your tool of choice

 Well I suppose, the gateway is 192.168.100.1 ?

 

And should the internal host be set as my IP adress? or the default gateway?

100.7 looks to be your internal ip..so thats the one you use for opening ports
