I was wondering if I should keep the original corsair h100i fans that came in the box, or if i should change them out for corsair sp120 quiet editions.  I heard that at low rpm the original fans start to rattle, and I really don't want to hear all that rattling.

the fans that come with the h100i are basically sp120's without the interchangable colour rings and rubber vibration dampeners. the lack of vibration dampeners is probably what the rattling is caused by. so you could buy sp120's or you could get some rubber washers and add them in between the fan and the radiator to help dampen vibration.

The stock fans that come with the H100i are horrifically loud and do not run well at low RPMs. Obviously loud is a matter of opinion but I cannot stand the stock fans. I bought Silverstone AP121s to go on mine as they are excellent and super quiet. And the new Silverstone APs are even better AFAIK.

I have heard only good things about the SP120s though. And although they look similar to the stock fans I would expect them to perform much much better.
