My kunai headset broke and I was wondering if I can fix it in any way?

Well I dropped the headset and then the next day it gives me this cshhshshhs static sound and I can barely hear anything but it sounds really weird

what if I already called Triton because the headset came broken does that count as the warranty gone because its a two year warranty
