how about Unigine or 3DMark?

 

 

does it do the same thing?

 

 

i see your fan speed is way low

 

 

can you ramp it up?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Core clock is stable. GPU usage in games doesn't always stay level. 

 

Like what @dragoon20005 said, run a stress test and see if the usage stays at 100%
