Silent anti-dust case

I'm planning to buy a new pc that is quiet and doesn't get dusty easily

The budget for the case is U$90 or less

 

I kind like the Thermaltake Urban S31 (no side window version), but I'm open to suggestions

I really like the Fractal Design cases, especially the Define S, but for some reason it's massively overpriced here in Brazil, with prices around R$3700 (U$1200).

More expensive than the Cooler Master Cosmos II, for comparison, R$2100 (U$700).

And it's very hard to find, but thanks for the suggestions.
