Pc running slow...

So I just built this PC. Specs are 4690k Asus z97-ar, avexir core series 8gb ddr3, h100i, Samsung 840evo 500gb. Built it and everything works like a charm. I even got a 4.6 GHz oc at 1.27 v. Stress test and all is good. Sitting here tonight and the thing is lagging like crazy. If I move the mouse it takes a couple seconds to catch up. I've reset everything to default. I've changed the sata cable. I'm not sure what's up any ideas?

Did you download your GPU drivers. bios updates, etc?

There is no GPU installed yet. I literally just built it last night and I haven't had time to DL a virus or porn lol. And no the bios isn't the latest version but it shouldn't be this sluggish regardless, it was running just fine an hour ago

it may have been installed via windwos update, but just in case, open device manager and make sure the drivers for you igpu are installed. Intel on die gpus need drivers too.
