CPUs not getting enough workunits

Go to solution Solved by Whaler_99,

Yes, it is a server issue. There are different work server for Linux clients, Windows clients, GPU clients, etc. So, a lot of people with Win clients can be unaffected by a server issue that is affecting Linux clients. They should be working on getting more WU's for the server. Just need to let it run until it picks something up.

Hi,

I have an old macbook running linux that's folding under my bed. Today i noticed that the fan was running slower than usual, so i logged into it to check my CPU usage graphs, and i saw this:

Looks like the cpu's have been getting work intermittently during the last 2 weeks. So is this an issue with folding@home's servers ? i doubt it's on my end as i never touch this machine's config, but i did let the OS run some updates recently... Does anyone have the same problem ?

thanks in advance for your help

Can you post the log? There was an issue with some work servers being empty, but should be resolved now. Also, maybe just a reboot will help.
