About 6 months ago I built a budget build with an FX-6300, GA-970A-UD3P, 8gb RAM, 250gb SSD, 1tb HDD, R9 270, and an XFX 550W PSU. I have my CPU overclocked at 4.2 GHz so I don't think there should be any issues with a better GPU. I have a budget of about $200, so the 970 is way out of my budget (not to mention my CPU can't keep up with it), and I just want the best performance for my money. These are the GPU's that I'm looking at:

960- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487091

280x- http://www.ebay.com/itm/R-R9-280X-Gaming-3G-384-bit-3Gb-GDDR5-CrossFire-Ready-/351326537003?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item51ccb1852b

280- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127789&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Desktop+Graphics+Cards-_-N82E16814127789&gclid=Cj0KEQjw4fCqBRDM1ZKhk5jfo6IBEiQAZQ97OGYftUatiMz1gz3wfYXgQIpIT8sfz38Kl3LAKl6F3WcaAiV68P8HAQ&gclsrc=aw.ds

Are there any other options?

Which GPU is the best?
