960 vs 280X vs 280

About 6 months ago I built a budget build with an FX-6300, GA-970A-UD3P, 8gb RAM, 250gb SSD, 1tb HDD, R9 270, and an XFX 550W PSU. I have my CPU overclocked at 4.2 GHz so I don't think there should be any issues with a better GPU. I have a budget of about $200, so the 970 is way out of my budget (not to mention my CPU can't keep up with it), and I just want the best performance for my money. These are the GPU's that I'm looking at:

Which GPU is the best?

280x is the best. The 960 isn't far behind tho. It really comes down to which features you want. I'd  wait a month tho till AMD drops their new cards if I were you.

280/280X > 960 price-to-performance wise and will be better for future high texture res gaming.

 

If you trust refurb go for 280X, otherwise 280.

I love my R9 280 so I can vouch for the R9 280/280x the 960 though idk if its worth the money for it still.

I love my 7950 as well the Tahiti GPU's are monsters for 3 year old GPU's

For Gods sake, there are like four topics about those cards on this page and hundreds throughout this forum, please, don't spam the forum...do some research on your own, read reviews, look at comparison videos and previous forum entries.
