Over hear I was discussion my new case and PSU: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/369926-g33m02-case/. I was looking at the EVGA 430W PSU: http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-80PLUS-Certified-ATX12V-100-W1-0430-KR/dp/B00H33SDR4 . Would you recommend the PSU? I noticed that the 24pin connector has 20pins and the a 4 pin. Since my motherboard is 24pin ATX, would I just plus in both connector to the 24pin?

yea, you have no problem with the 24 pin thing. its made so it can work with older motherboards. there wouldn't be any noticeable effect on performance

CX430 is better then the EVGA 430W

It seems to be have bad reviews of it failing quickly. Do you use it on a daily bases? In fact, that's too much money. I would like to stay a cheap as safely as possible but it seems Linus reviewed it about 4 years ago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6O51m5U54Qo Also, it does not look to be modular. Also, the EVGA puts 408 watts on the 12v rail while the CX430 only puts 336 watts on the 12v rail. I've read reviews of the thing blowing up as they turned on their computer.

Neither the EVGA 430W nor the Corsair CX430(M) are good power supply units, but the CX430M is at least semi-modular and 80 PLUS Bronze certified, whereas the EVGA 430W is non-modular and only 80 PLUS White certified.

So I should just get the CX430 and hope nothing goes wrong?

Can you order from places other then Amazon? If you can order from Newegg then these'd be better options:

Made by FSP but looks nice: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-vp450

Made by Delta (better then FSP and therefore the VP450), but looks uglier: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-bp430

I'd trust either of these more then the EVGA 430W and Corsair CX430. Between the two Antecs, within this price range, personally I'd give up the aesthetics and go for the silver 430W as it's made by Delta

Unfortunately I can not.

Why is it cheaper (I won't complain)? On the antec website it says is has a 1 X 4+4 Pin ATX/EPS connector. I know that's for the CPU so I would just need to break one a way then.

I'll be getting the Antec PSU. And it will work with my case I'm going to get: http://www.amazon.com/Rosewill-Micro-ATX-Computer-12-5-Inch-LINE-M/dp/B00AAJ0ZGK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1432077349&sr=8-1&keywords=micro+atx+case

Also, nevermind the cheap thing. Amazon was showing me a used listing.  :P

Yep it will work with that case. If you only have a 4 pin CPU connector on your motherboard, the 4+4 breaks in half and you only plug one of the halves in (the half that fits, one will and one won't)
