After quickly reading up on it it seems to be BIOS and CPU voltage related. Clear your CMOS and reset your BIOS to stock and report back.

How the hell do i do that? Its my first real pc lol... i just built it. The board is AsRock z97 extreme 4 and the cpu is a 4690k ..

I did all the things u said and it doesnt work .. after some time it just blue screens again.
