need help with new watercooling loop

Hey guys, im building a new pc, and i want to make a custum watercooling loop, i want to cool my cpu, gpu, and have the ability to add another graphics card in the futur, im building it in the cosmos ii and dont really have a budget

im using the intel 5930k cpu and titan x gpu, i will need all the help i can find

i live in a hot climate so it hets pretty hot in the summer(around 35 celsus) so i need ediquet cooling

(sorry for any spelling/grammar mistakes)

also because the cosmos i is so thick it will be pretty much silent anyway so no need for it being very quit
