Looking to change out this TN panel of my laptop since viewing angles suck and makes productivity hard when I can't read the words at the top or bottom of the screen.

Where can I purchase a 15.6" inch 1920x1080 IPS display for my laptop in the UK?

Some Sony S series models uses IPS are are 1080P. HP don't make their own laptop display and nor does sony. It's mostly from Samsung or LG. Besides the screen size, you'll also have to check on the thickness.
