Is there a good and easy guide on how to use sweetFX on windows 8.1?

Like in the title, ive been trying to use it a while ago but ran into problems and gave up on it but wanted to use some custom color settings for witcher 3. Thanks in advance

SweetFX is just a custom profile for ENB.  If you can get ENB working, you can create your own profile.

Yes, but ENB doesn't work on Witcher 3 now.  ENB devs are working on GTA V and have said they may never support Witcher 3.
