Depends on your PCI-E lane spacing.

 

 

If you can have 1-2 lanes in between for more airflow, then getting "open air" cards will be better for temps and overclocking in my experience.

 

But if they're going to be sandwiched together, get blower style.

As lays said, if they are going to me right up against one another a blower card would be better. If there is at least a single slot between them then an aftermarket cooler would be a better choice.
