Building a computer to stream, game, and edit videos. I need help!

Hi everyone, I am looking to build a computer for streaming from my xbox using a capture card connected to a PC. I would also like to play games like csgo, h1z1, simple games like that. I will also be editing the videos that I record. Furthermore I need some assistance if there is a computer pre built that could handle doing all these things listed prior at full resolution and put out full quality when streaming or if I am going to have to custom build one? My budget is $1000. Can anyone please help me?

Welcome to the forms. Why not stream from a superior gaming platform and forgo the inferior scum. Because all joking aside we could put together a list for a very good streaming PC for 1000$.

Well, it is likely that building a PC will be cheaper where you live.

Do you need Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Headset?

What resolution do you intend to play at?

Comb it with a brick

Here you go! This is what I'd recommend based on what you listed. It comes in right at your budget, and has the horsepower to play what you'd want to play, and more! The CPU is strong enough to handle 1080p rendering of videos, as well as streaming. If you use a capture card, and not stream from your PC, you could potentially stream and render at the same time, too!

a xeon may be for 10$ more better for rendering (8 threads instead of 4 on the i5) http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646e31231v3

Here's another build. CPU isn't as good as a 4690K, but it has 16 GB of RAM and a 970 (which is stronger than a 290X in most cases).

Thoes bottlenecks though, and the Jet engine for a graphics card.

The 8370E (pretty much a 95W 8320-50) shouldn't bottleneck the 970...I mean the i5 4460 doesn't bottleneck a 980! If you design a nice fan curve, you won't really hear the card too much.

6 faster cores on a AMD cpu would be better for streaming and games.

The clock speed on the 8370e is a bottleneck also the Asus 970 is still hot so no overclocking the GPU and it looks ugly as hell.

Honestly the FX-6350 is the best streaming CPU you only need 4 cores to game and an extra 2 to stream, and unlike the 8 core CPU's the fx-63xx series have 6 true cores witch should perform a little better.

Ah, alright then...I always thought the 63 series had 3 cores with some type of HT.
