Dell P2415Q gaming

Is the Dell P2415Q a good gaming monitor? I mean, I have tested 1 ms and 10 ms (this is 8 ms) side by side and I honestly don't care about that minor difference and I also tried 60hz vs 144hz (The game was running at 120fps) and the difference was also minor.
