I will be using the build mainly for gaming and video editing. I live in the UK and my budget is £45.

EDIT: I have already ordered the case. :(

Pure Rock: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk009

It performs similarly to the 212 Evo and is much quieter.

The 212 Evo does fit barely, but I don't want to remove my side window fans.

Why not?

Sorry guys, remembered the manufacturer, couldn't remember the product line. I run a 5960x, so after I answered the question, I got sort of distracted by some of the more existential coolers they had (and pretty, did I mention pretty?)

They look nice :) But I suppose now that I think about it that I could remove them. Are they really necessary or would 2 at the front and 1 at the back be enough?

The lower fan shouldn't need to be removed and any benefit the upper fan provided should be overshadowed by the cpu cooler.

What I might do is get the Pure Rock, and then if I upgrade to an 8 core FX in the future (which is likely), then I will get the Hyper 212 Evo and see if it fits (which it should). If it doesn't for some reason then I can just sell that and keep the Pure Rock. Thanks,

? The Pure Rock is better than the 212 Evo.

Oh, in that case I will just get the Pure Rock. Thanks.

EDIT: One thing, will there be enough RAM clearance for Kingston Fury Black?

I'll be honest. I'm not sure. Reviews list a potential problem with tall ram (I'm hoping they're talking dominator type tall here). Your ram is listed at 32.8 mm, which is about normal. I'm guessing you'll be fine, but it is a guess
