SSD Cannot Be Found In BIOS. Need Help!

First, in the Boot tab in the Advanced menu, go to Hard Drive BBS properties.

Next, make sure your SSD is set in the BBS properties. Pick one and pick your SSD

Last, select your SSD into the boot options. Make sure it's ordered properly.

Hey, my SSD cannot be found in my bios, my SSD is a Intel 520series SSD  and my Motherboard is (<-----just click the link)

so any help will be appreciated.

What do you mean it can't be found? Can you navigate ASUS BIOS just fine and are familiar with it?

What do you mean it can't be found? Can you navigate ASUS BIOS just fine and are familiar with it?

Yes, I can navigate through the BIOS just fine, I just want to select my new SSD for as my main Boot Drive, and it does not appear in the place where you select the boot drives.

Are your sata ports configured correctly?

Yes, I even double checked

I just rebooted and took some screenshots for you. I'll post them right now.

It also shows up when Im ready to install windows it my SSD  will appear but it will not appear in the BIOS

Is the disk controller in the BIOS set to AHCI?

That really only affects Windows.

I dont know, I will check, and is their anyway  cancel the windows installing im at the screen where you select the drive you want to windows to install too, is their anyways I can backout if windows
