Alright fellas, here's my problem.

I've had my RAT 7 (love the rat series) for about 6 months now, and suddenly it decided to stop tracking last night. Assuming it had died somehow in less than a year I unplugged it, and nabbed a crappy $5 wireless mouse to finish up the Dota match i was in at the time. Partly out of hope i plugged it back in this morning, to find it tracking again; But that didn't last for long. After about 20 seconds of it tracking flawlessly it stopped tracking, again. I've tried all other functions, which all work, just that the cursor doesn't move. It still clicks, cycles through profiles, and scrolls just fine. It just won't register movement.

TLDR:

RAT 7 has stopped tracking movement after 15-20 seconds of being plugged in.

I've updated drivers to latest version.

All other functions work.

All other mice I've tested work.

When it is unable to track it's still detected correctly by the system.

I'm at a loss here, don't necessarily want to give up hope quite yet, as that's a $100 freaking dollar mouse I'd rather not just lose after a half year or so.

Should i just suck it up and get a diff. mouse? if so, which would you guys rec.?

Note: I've large hands, so small mice don't work well :3

EDIT: Oh, this might have been the completely wrong section; I'm really tired right now >.>
