[Problem] ASUS Strix 970 No Signal

Call asus, let us know what they say

An RMA request was created on May 18th and they received my card on June 1st. The RMA finished on June 5th and today I received a working card. The process went surprisingly well and I am pleased with the results.

Hello, I am having a problem with my Strix 970 card I purchased two months ago. Whenever I launch full Windows, I can navigate around normally for about 10 seconds. Then my monitor displays no signal. I have done a full system reset, reset my motherboard CMOS, and now I am out of ideas. I am running Windows 8.1. What could I possibly do to fix this issue?
