There is no 3820K, If you mean the 3820 on the LGA 2011 platform it doesn't have a unlocked multiplier. 

 

Unless you are doing some serious editing that demand more than 32GB of RAM I would suggest going with a 4770K

This is my last response to this type of question by you. You've asked the same questions again and again. Just accept what you are told and go buy your rig. 

4770k is best for your use case. In fact, I would suggest a 4670k, but I know you aren't interested for whatever reason.
