Definiteley a 1440P 144 Hz screen.

The two 970's VRAM isn't enough for 4K gaming anyways. The performance on a 1440P monitor will be so much better and 144 Hz is really nice, especially if you get into the G-Sync IPS stuff. ;)

who cares...

If you want high refresh rate - get 1440p, not 1080p

Anouther question is 1440p the same thing as 144hz

2560 (horizontal pixels) x 1440 (vertical pixels) is a resolution.

144hz is a refresh rate; how many times (per second) the monitor refreshes the image on the screen.

There's a new acer predator monitor, forgot the model name. It's 1440p IPS 144hz with 4ms response time. It's very pricey though, so a 1440p tn 144hz panel may be better if you're one a budget

xb270hk :)

personally I'd break the current mould of responses. I went 4k :) my xb280hk is amazing. I've zero complaints other than I wish I should have bought one sooner.

Except its 60hz.............. zzzzzzzzzzzz

lol but there's probably 100,000x as many owners of 60hz monitors over 144hz ones. if they were that bad nobody would make 60hz displays anymore.

I'm not someone who can see the difference. so on me it's wasted. I've been a pc gamer about 23 years and I've never felt I need triple digit refresh rate, I'll take image quality over anything else anyday.
