250Gb will be divided into 100GB and 150GB ! Thats alright right ?

 

You can choose whatever you want. I would get a minimum of 25gb for the OS partition.

I'm getting the Samsung EvO Pro 250GB SSD 

Should I partition it to get OS in one partition or not?

Its little confusing after reading many articles!

If you want to install OS or anything on it you gonna need to partition it.

No. Just the size on that partition. Just make sure your partitions totals the HDD/SSD quantity or else you will waste HDD/SSD space.
