I'm building a new PC, here it is: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Mullen/saved/Dy2frH

Any feedback is welcome, Thanks.

That motherboard is really expensive for a Core i5. You could get a board that looks exactly the same and is 30$ Cheaper:

“When life gives you lemons, don’t make lemonade. Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don’t want your damn lemons, what the hell am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life’s manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I’m the man who’s gonna burn your house down! With the lemons! I’m gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!”

- Cave Johnson, founder and CEO of Aperture Science, in Portal 2

I see no problems at all with the list you provided.

Other than you not getting the OS from G2A or Reddit.com/r/microsoftsoftwareswap

They're 1/5th the price and legitimate copies from G2A, as well as from verified & trusted sellers on Reddit.

You see his build, then I add 8GB of RAM, double the SSD space, a mechanical keyboard and a proper gaming mouse... while making it cheaper...

...and all you have to harp on is the full price for Windows  :(
