  1. So I am a competitive CSGO player but currently I'm rocking a microsoft keyboard and a wireless logitech mouse with an unadjustable super high dpi so i was wondering peripherals I should get. I don't care much about the keyboard as I don't care for mechanical keyboards, I actually play worse with them, but I'm willing to spend around $50 on the mouse and the same ish for the headset. I want the headset to have pretty good sound and a good mic. Thanks
  2. Please make more updates for this. I've been inactive on ltt since the day of this upload and I was hoping for a lot more added. Other than that, great project, I hope it succeeds
  3. I have made a partslist for 1440p gaming for a friend but his budget is $1300 and the parts list cost around $1450, please tell me how I could improve the partslist and get the cost down. Here is the parts list. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Mullen/saved/#view=qc9dnQ
  4. Here it is: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Mullen/saved/yyDV3C
  5. This is the build you should get if you really want a Corsair Air 240 but keep in mind that if you got a mid tower or full tower case it would be much easier to custom water cool the build which would take advantage of your budget much better.
  6. If this is mainly for gaming and only minor productivity then a 6 core processor is overkill and you don't really need to go with x99 either unless you want to be future proofed which I totally understand. So you could go with a i7-4790k and z87 or even a i5-4690k but you did say that you do photoshop. Other than the overkill cpu that's a great build and I love that case choice. I have it in my build.
  7. Because If you're not video editing the i7-4790k will change performance by maybe 2fps
  8. I would advise going with slay Englishs build
  9. I changed it up a little so it was mATX so that you can put it in SLI in the future to keep up with games more demanding requirements but you do have to sacrifice the super small form factor of ITX although I do think it is worth it. This is the new part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Mullen/saved/#view=cDgxFT
  10. This is what I came up with for $1600 to leave you money for a monitor. I included the 980ti from gigabyte becase I think that the extra $30ish is worth the large boost in performance. Here it is: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Mullen/saved/#view=cDgxFT Please quote me if you want me to see.
  11. Will this be specifically for gaming or will you be rendering also? t\This will seriously help me when picking parts.
  12. I am buying a new PC and I was looking to save money so I was wondering whether a Z97 motherboard vs a Z87 motherboard would change performance in any way. I want any advice I can get so please tell me if Z97 is worth it. Thanks
  13. I was doing some research about wether I could run gta IV or not and the only thing that looks like it is restricting me is having windows 8 and there is no official support for it so can anybody tell me can you run gta 4 with windows 8? Thanks
  14. Everyone says the be quiet cooler is better so why is the hyper 212 evo so much more popular?
