So I've been using Ubuntu on my phone for a while and are now looking at cheap tablets or laptops. I've pretty much ruled out tablets because I HATE touchscreens (I don't know...) You guys think I should go with a Chromebook, or something else, like a Lenovo or a cheap Acer? I'd definitely prefer something else rather than the Chromebook, but it's price is pretty damn competitive. If you guys have a device like this, tell me what you are using and doing.

I trip to make the fall shorter

Wow, that's actually a pretty decent little product. It won't play 3D games anywhere near as good as a decent tablet but it'll do everything else decently. It'll have more bloat than Android but hey, it opens up a lot more potential too.

If you got a little bit extra spending money? I'd spend the extra $50 or so for the Intel Pentium N3530 model. She's a pretty snappy quad core CPU. :)
