What's the best cheapest 4k TV? I've seen some at Walmart 120hz 43inch for $600 but it's a Vizio. They had some Samsung 40inch 60hz 4ks for around $500 and it was nice. Both were Smart TVs

Well, first I wouldn't spend money on a supposed "higher than 60Hz" TV. They don't exist.

There are plenty of them, BestBuy, Walmart , ect.. There truly is no point to me as its only gonna be used for movie watching and the very very rare times I get on a console. But mostly to watch movies.

They're not higher than 60Hz. It's trickery like frame interpolation and backlight effects.

There are several true 120Hz TVs floating around but they're very rare. Some of the Vizio 4K TVs will do 120Hz at 1080p, as well as the Seiki ones. Anything above 120Hz is certainly not the true refresh rate. But if it's only 120Hz it could be true, though unlikely. Even true 120Hz displays will only do 120Hz at 1080p though. 4K at 120Hz is beyond the limits of any current connector standard.

For the most part though the gentlemen above me are correct, almost all TVs have a 60Hz refresh rate even if they advertise something higher. If you want the long explanation you can read the link in my sig, it's number 7.
