I bought a Ducky Shine Legend through NCIX. I had a problem with the cherry stabilizers, the NCIX support and RMA team were awful. I dunno if maybe it's just on the U.S. side, but my experience with them will definitely make me think twice about buying from them. On the other hand, I have bought products from them with no issue before.
