rvz01 or ml07?

I want to buy an m-itx case, but I can't decide between the raven rvz01 and the milo ml07 from silverstone; I know they're the same case with different looks, but I want to know if there is any difference in airflow; thanks.

Unlikely. They both have pretty much the same air intake.
