Those anti static wrist bands are the biggest wastes of money ever. 

 

They are, You can ground yourself by touching any piece of metal and at that I have never had any type of static electricity shock when touching my motherboard, on carpet, hardwood, and concrete... So yeah wait of money for sure.

Money is money and little things add up, I know many computer techs which never ground themselves and after 30 years of work they havent had a shorting problem. You can touch the case with your own hand every few minutes to get rid of the charge. Its a waste of money and even if its cheap it isnt worth buying.

Im not even going to bother arguing, having more saftey is never bad, and ill stick to that idea.

I have many of those disposable white ones, I've installed super expensive stuff which includes them for free and I have yet to use them :P I actually just collected another batch after upgrading a fileservers fiber channel ports (and that was live).

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.
