Overclocking cpu voltage and ring voltage

hi guys, would like to ask for some help on differentiating between cpu voltage and ring voltage.... recently i moved over to use a mobo from msi (x99s sli plus) and I've been trying to get some overclocking done. But kinda cant find out which should I increase for clock stability in terms of CPU voltage or ring voltage.

you need the cpu voltage
