I did a bit of googling and found these.

Well i wouldn't say they are used but still scams.

Interesting Idea, I love browsing the local Craigslist etc websites full of people selling "high end gaming PCs" with GTX650s and i7-920s.

What kind of stuff do you get if you order that?

Apparently there are people that fall for it that have no knowledge. I see some ports on random forums and such of people complaining. They are probably 9600 - 9800 gt's or something with a flashed bios. 

 

Consider them Frankenstein's.

 

p.s did i mention that they're from China?
