I don't think the 2TB blue exists. 

It usually comes down to the WD Green or Barracuda beyond 1TB depending on what it's being used for.

Ah, so that's why I couldn't find 'em. Heh,

Are greens ok or are really worse than blues?

The Green is fine for file storage, everything else go for a Black.

What is considred else? I usually put my steam games and and non important programs like photoshop etc on there and run from there.

For that you'd want a HDD that doesn't park its heads so often like the Green. 

I'd go with a Black, but that's because I think Seagate has pretty shit reliability.

Yeah, the Blue is WD's sweet spot. Shame it's only available at 1TB max.

So will probably get a 2TB HDD for my second hard drive. Currently have a 1 TB blue. Should I go with  2 TB blue or new stuff has come out since?

As @WoodenMarker pointed out, WD Blue drives are currently limited to 1TB. 
For general storage of media, photos, files and other data that you don't access frequently, WD Green would be the better choice. 
If you are going for some more demanding usage such as editing, gaming, etc. I would suggest checking out WD Black drives. These drives are optimized for performance, durability and more demanding applications. Here's a link: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=ehwuic
