as i dont have liquid cooland nor the money to buy it i was wondering what is the smallest heatsink that i could run in this case with these parts http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3kQGD3(minus the heatsink)

The Coolermaster Hyper TX3 Evo is smaller and significantly cheaper. It will also be on the lower end of cooling power.

However, the case you selected is ridiculously expensive, especially for an itx build, so I really don't know why you think a $46 cooler is not a reasonable suggestion.

That and the keyboard. Prioritise.

I've no idea on how it will work with LGA 2011-3, but the noctua NH-L9i, as well as the silverstone AR05 and AR06. Also, check out the zalman CNPS8900 and CNPS2X, they're pretty decent cheap low profile coolers.

Why get the smallest heatsink possible when a larger one would probably perform better?

Also, the 380T isn't that small and you should probably look at other cases if size is of concern.
