All of your links are bad.  Just make a PCpartpicker

I think you should put more storage.  6TB minimum in this budget!  (HDD+SSD)

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.

VERY powerful system, but I'm not sure if you need 16gb for 4K editing, you get minimal gains.

would be kind of low-balling it going for 8GB on X99 to be honest.

while its not needed now, it'll be the first limiting factor in the build if he goes for 8GB now.

If you have such a big budget i wouldn't "build" one yourself. Try looking at these sites:

Lol pre-built PCs

What do you suggest or is the build fine so far

looks like a decently balanced rig, you do seem to have one hell of a budget.

you would probably be fine with less, but if you have the budget, you might as well go for it and pick the fruits of having a blazing fast system.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/gsXFhMBasically what I have come up with. It's a white/black design. If you wanna drop the price you really do not need more then a single Titan X becuase those are the SuperClocked ones.
