Laptop ERRORS

Hi guys. My friend has an old Vaio and everytime he starts it a bunch of errors appear on the screen. Any idea what that is ?

I just ran that through translate, it's saying that [an application] is either not designed to run on Windows or has errors. It's suggesting reinstalling, then contacting your systems administrator or software vendor for further help.

 

I'd try to uninstall and reinstall the majority of programs on the laptop?
